Meet Our Dancers

Kara Lynn Hayes

Company dancer, September 2023

Inspired by the pursuit of healing with a holistic and naturopathic approach and her desire to help others achieve balance and harmony in their lives, she graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in 2018. Kara Lynn’s commitment to promoting well-being extends beyond the massage. She is also a mindfulness teacher. She facilitates mindfulness classes for the freshmen at IUPUI and at the Indiana Center for Recovery. Through this practice, she aims to guide others on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Inspired by a vision of sustainable and mindful living, she is currently immersed in the creation of a tiny home village near Bloomington called Greene Tiny Dwellings. This project reflects her dedication to fostering community and environmental consciousness. By blending her expertise in massage therapy with a holistic approach to living, Kara Lynn aspires to create a haven where individuals can reconnect with themselves and their surroundings. Developing a place for individuals to have not just a sustainable but also an affordable place to call home is extremely important to Kara Lynn’s vision and values. She joined Windfall Dance Company in the fourth quarter of 2023. Dance has always been a tool in what she calls her “mindfulness shed”. After completing her bachelor’s degree in December of 2024, Kara Lynn took a position at Indiana University Foundation. She hopes to start her master’s degree in the fall with O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IU.  By integrating her skills in massage, mindfulness, education and a passion for sustainable living, Kara Lynn is committed to making a positive impact on the well-being of both individuals and the environment

Charlotte Terzino

Company dancer, January 2024

Charlotte fell in love with dance when she started taking classes at a young age. She was in a competition dance company in Indianapolis throughout middle and high school, where dance became an integral part of her life. She trained in modern, contemporary, jazz, and ballet, but contemporary has a special place in her heart. Upon moving to Bloomington and discovering Windfall, Charlotte knew she wanted to dance with the company because of the supportive environment. Charlotte is grateful and excited to be a part of Windfall!

Jen Greenwich

Company Coordinator, October 2021

Jen started dancing at a young age, training in tap, ballet, jazz, and modern dance. She continued dancing through college, but after that, she thought her dancing shoes were to be hung up forever.

After finishing up graduate school, Jen moved to Bloomington for a job at IU. Within her first few weeks in town, she found herself missing dance and looked around for a place to take adult classes. In the summer of 2019, she figured she’d try out a tap class, and since then she’s been a regular at Windfall.

Jen loves the welcoming community of Windfall and strongly believes in its mission. Bringing her passion for helping others, she is super excited to be working with the company as the company coordinator and looking forward to getting more involved in Windfall!
