Creative Movement for Adults with Utam Moses

Our Creative Movement classes and workshops are designed for adults, 50 and over and all abilities, and all adults are welcome. They are a space of deeper embodied conversation for meaningful creative exploration and finding more ease in the body. We want all to feel welcome to move joyfully! These classes will incorporate gentle stretching, Qigong, playful and imaginative movement, and dance and paratheater exercises to tap into inspiration in the body. Guided explorations will center around finding more creativity, balance, deepening attention, accessing memories, and finding greater range of movement in the body. You’ll practice as a group, with partners, and solo. No prior dance experience is necessary—only a desire to explore what’s possible with movement for you! All abilities welcome.
